Why Silver Needle is Such a Special Tea
We don't know who discovered this was the way to do it, but whoever it was certainly came up with something. It is mellow and delicate, a sophisticated flavour that words struggle to convey. It has been compared with white peony tea and a popular description of the aroma is "freshly cut hay".
Just How "Delicate" Is Silver Needle Tea
The plant itself has to be very carefully cultivated and harvested - and it doesn't end there. You can't just put this into a teapot and slam in some boiling water. We at Teavision are very happy to give such advice to you so you can pass it on. Just fill in the online form and ask anything you're unsure about.
