The Ingredients In Our Sleepy Tea That Help You Sleep

Sleep deprivation affects millions of us, yet most of us carry on regardless without realizing the serious impact lack of sleep can have on our health and well-being. Everyone suffers from poor sleep at some point in their lives, but chronic sleep deprivation can lead to an increased risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, stroke and heart failure.
