Ginger Tea Bags

Certain herbs and spices have such character and such power that they transcend the rest, and ginger is a giant among spices. Perhaps it was purely the taste that led to the creation of ginger beer, ginger wine, gingerbread and so on, but with our ginger tea bags , it is more than that.
