Organic Raw Sticky Chai

Sweet, sticky and scarily addictive

The secret to this chai? We mix black tea leaves, ginger, cardamom, cloves, star anise, turmeric and black peppercorns with one very special ingredient: Australian honey. It’s sweet, sticky and scarily addictive. By infusing with honey, you get these buttery toffee notes in the chai, all mellow and toasty, with a lovely golden colour. The honey also helps prevent ‘de-blending’, so every cup of organic sticky chai taste exactly the same. Simmer with milk on the stovetop for about ten minutes, then garnish with a cinnamon stick. No sugar required – this one’s sweet enough.

Ingredients: Honey, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Ginger, Black Tea, Cardamom, Turmeric, Aniseed, Peppercorn, Clove and Salt.

Aroma: Sweet honey and spicy.

Serving suggestion: Add 1-2 heaped teaspoons to 250ml of milk in a pot/pan. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes (do not let it boil). Strain, pour into a cup, and taste. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
