In the deep forests of Yunnan, tea bushes are left to grow tall and wild, untouched by pollution, chemicals, or pesticides. A team of expert climbers harvests the leaves from the tops of the trees, ensuring the highest quality. The result is a tea born from an extreme natural environment, offering a unique and rare flavour profile.

About The Tea  

Origin: Snowy Mountains of Lincang, Yunnan province, China. 

Varietal: Camellia sinensis var. Sinensis. 

Style: Classic version of high end Yunnan Shu Puerh Tuocha fermented tea brick. 

Taste Profile: Nutty aroma, smooth infusion and brisk after taste.  

Caffeine: Medium-high. 

Elevation: 2300-2500  meters above sea level.  Subtropical monsoon climate. 

Brewing: Brew at around 95-100°C for around 1-3 minutes. Can be steeped multiple times to maximise its value.
