Pu-erh tea has been enjoyed for thousands of years, and it all starts in China’s Yunnan province. This fermented tea is loved not just for its bold flavour but also for its potential health perks. Like supporting gut health with natural probiotics, helping balance blood sugar, curbing cravings and even assisting with weight management. Ripe Pu-erh goes through a unique “wet piling” process that gives it a smooth mellow taste.  A rich, earthy brew with sweet, floral notes.

Ingredients: Certified Organic Ripe Pu-erh Tea.

Serving suggestion: Steep 1-2 teaspoons per cup of freshly boiled water (100ºc). Let steep for 2-5 minutes. Can be steeped multiple times.

Storage: Store below 18ºC in a dry place, out of light.
