About The Tea

Origin:  Darjeeling, India.

Varietal: Camellia sinensis var. Assamica

Style: Made with two leaves and one bud (whole leaf tea) from the first spring flush of the year, the leaves are partially oxidized in the oolong style.

Taste Profile: complex and rounded fruity flavor with subtle honey and melon notes. This blend is anchored by a refreshing citrus base, creating a harmonious and invigorating taste.

 

Caffeine: Medium

Elevation: 1500 to 3000 meters above sea level.

Brewing: Brew at around 90-95°c for around 1 minute. Can be steeped multiple times to maximise its value.
