About The Tea

Origin:  Darjeeling, India.

Varietal: Camellia sinensis var. Assamica

Style: Made with two leaves and one bud (whole leaf tea) partially oxidated oolong style.

Taste Profile: Light and balanced, this tea exudes a delicate flowery aroma. Its clean flavour profile is highlighted by prominent herbaceous notes, reminiscent of rye and parsley, without any grassy undertones. Subtle hints of raw almonds add an extra layer of complexity to this exquisite blend.

Caffeine: Medium

Elevation: 1500 meters above sea level.

Brewing: Brew at around 90-95°c for around 1 minute. Can be steeped multiple times to maximise its value.
