Ginger Powder is the gnarly, fibrous bit of the ginger plant, zingiber officinale. We source our crop from India where it’s certified organic. The taste is intense: a peppery sinus blast that mellows over time. In fact it’s better to over-steep ginger Powder: you’ll smooth the flavour notes and bring out the sweetness.

Ingredients: Certified Organic Ginger.
Serving Suggestion: Add 1 teaspoon and brew in 90-95ºC water for 2-3 minutes (the longer the better, really). Serve with honey, lemon or fresh rosemary.

Storage: Store below 18ºC in a dry place, out of light.
