Today, this tea is hailed for providing benefits like these and more, all wrapped up in a deliciously aromatic tea with hints of mint and rosemary. Savour every sip, and you might even discover notes of apple, rose, and earthiness. Our suppliers harvest our lavender once the buds have formed, but before the flowers have opened. This means the flowers fall off the stems more easily and are easier to collect. They remove and dry the lavender and rub the flowers from the stalk. Fun fact: Closed buds hold fragrance and colour better!
