Ingredients: Nettle Leaf 

Aroma: Mild, Earthy & Herbal.

Serving Suggestion: Add 1–2 teaspoons into a cup (250ml) with hot water (95–100°C) and brew for 2–10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
