Linden Flowers

Linden tea has been valued for its potent sedative properties for hundreds of years. It’s derived from the Tilia genus of trees, which typically grows in temperate regions of North America, Europe, and Asia. Once brewed, this tea will leave a sweet, herbal fragrance with a strong floral taste.  

This tea is said to be a relaxing brew that may relieve symptoms of anxiety. Linden tea contains powerful antioxidants like tiliroside and kaempferol that help fight inflammation. 

Origin: Hungary

Serving Suggestions: Add 1-2 tablespoons per 250ml of hot (70-80 degree) water and steep for 1-2 minutes. Strain and serve hot OR place in the fridge and serve chilled or on ice.

Storage: Store below 18⁰C in a dry place, out of light.
