Barberry Bark is a strong and bitter herbal tea with a tart flavour similar to cranberries. It is said to be high in nutrients, aid dental health, and even reduce acne!
It was traditionally thought to increase the flow of bile, which is why it was used for liver and gallbladder problems.

Serving Suggestions: Add 1-2 tablespoons per 250ml of hot (70-80 degree) water and steep for 1-3 minutes (depending on desired strength). Strain and serve hot.
